Hidden gem of a restaurant. The Airbnb we are staying in recommended this place and wow was it a great one. Service is top notch, the owner is super friendly and runs the place with his wife, and the food is excellent. They were super forgiving even though we got there late, read out everything important on the menu to us, were super generous and attentive. Overall great experience.

I was starting to lose faith in the reviews on Google and this has helped restore it! The food was excellent and the staff were lovely and spoke very good English. Bolognaise was the best we’ve had on our European trip and the lamb was delicious. Tuna tartare starter was also good (only thing I would do would be to remove the tomato as it adds too much acid - my wife disagrees). Overall highly recommend this restaurant.

Ecstatic I was really impressed, the atmosphere and the landscape, as well as the staff and the quality of the products. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste selected typical Italian products. We visited Munich, and my friend had told me very well about this restaurant, we chose to have lunch. the place on the port of Fontvielle is ideally placed. regular restaurant. Family restaurant, the boss is very kind, telling with delight the cuisine and dishes made by his wife; a whole poem to listen to him decline the dishes of the day! the dishes are very finely cooked. the recommendations of the boss for wine were followed and were right! a little loud (there was a large group at the table).

Family run, the father seated us and took our order. The daughter waited on us and served. The mom was working away the whole night in the kitchen. Service was above and beyond. They suffered with our limited French and quickly switched to English for us 😁. The food was exceptional. My daughter and I shared the octopus salad which was a stretching of our palate and well worth it. The tuna with a subtle mint dressing was a delicious and original recipe. The homemade ricotta ravioli was to die for. The vibe of a local family restaurant was pervasive as customers came and went, clearly all familiar and friendly with the family 🤗. We didn’t have a reservation and truly lucked out with them having a table available, so definitely recommend reservations. Don’t plan to rush, plan to take 2-3 hrs and be patient to truly enjoy the experience as well as the meal.

Fantastic place we ended up returning every night during the Grand Prix. Excellent food with great variety from excellent fresh fish to tender meat and homemade pasta - a welcome like no others. After 2 nights we felt at home 🤩 Highly recommended !

We were so excited to dine here after reading the reviews and had high expectations only or be severely let down! The patrons and service were very charming however the food was extremely disappointing! My husband got the pesto pasta dish, just OK and I was going to order the pasta with clams however the server encouraged me to get the pasta with lobster which was their specialty and it was below average and extremely disappointing! Would definitely not go back here! Don’t understand what the hype was about here but this is a very below average place.

Dramatic location. Stunning Marina, cliffs, beautifully lit. Only downside is that the dining room is open to tiny road and Marina. Customers go outside to smoke… so, no barrier. But is France… 10 minute walk from the Marriott 20 minutes from the Casino. Great pricing.

The best restaurant in Monaco! We have traveled around all of Italy and this is still the best food we have had our entire trip. Been there with my husband for dinner. It was such a great experience and we loved the owner! He is so lovely and his wife‘s biggest supporter. Well, we are as well. Got the mezzlune with mushrooms and truffles and the beef with rocket and parmesan. Both was so good and out of this world. We did not plan to go there but found this location randomly. However, it was the best coincidence.

We've heard a lot about the Italian influence on food in Monaco, so we decided to try this restaurant (it did not disappoint. The owners make their pasta fresh daily, and it tastes amazing. We ordered the gnocchi, a ravioli with spinach, and a ravioli with prawns, along with an appetizer and a bottle of wine. Admittedly, I've never had prawns, but this dish was absolutely delicious. The serving sizes are just right (not too much and not too little). The staff were very helpful with my broken French (as they were multilingual, including English and Italian) and they encouraged me along as I stumbled with words throughout the night. The views at sunset from the window-side tables were another perk of this location. The overall value for the food is much better than I expected for this area; our total fare was €175 euros.

It was my first time in Monaco, and I was happy to see so many fellow compatriots there. Amici Miei restaurant was a nice cherry on top of the cake that evening, with rustic and yet refined home-style cooking, absolutely recommended if you're in the area. My Friends, My inspiration goes to Monaco, Fontvieille- This Wonder Place, where once I entered the restaurant "Amici Miei". While enjoying the scent of roses of Princess Grace Garden nearby; admiring the port, the picturesque views of the ancient Monaco Rock with its elegant Prince's Palace and gorgeous Cathedral just in front I had a chance to take a table, And fell in love at once! That's the real Magic of homemade food. The hands "of gold" of Chef Donatella seduce you by any kind of authentic Italian pasta: troccoli, tagliatelle, bigoli, fusili, mezzelune and tortelli... You remain surprised by the colours: white, red, yellow, black and green, With the tones of beetroot, basil, saffron and squid ink. As for the taste, it varies: lobster, ricotta and truffles with mushrooms "porcini", shrimps and zucchini... So many of them and all delicious and unique that it's even hard to mention them all. No problem, there is always the owner, the great restaurateur Giorgio Colombesi who describes every dish and recommends the best wine. Thanks to his proposal of the day I could try some royal dishes with a special ingredient - Caesar's Mushroom (Amanita Caesarea "Ovolo"). A big Wonder it was for me in the Principality to enjoy the exquisite taste of the favourite Royal Mushroom of early rulers of the Roman Empire. This is the restaurant I always admire! I must confirm at "Amici Miei" you eat the Royal Homemade Food, you are treated as a Royal with much respect and friendship.

A local taxi driver recommended this place to us. After sitting, the owner himself came to us and explained the menu! Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. We ordered two different fish dishes: sea bass and turbot. Both dishes were great, but sea bass was more delicious. The restaurant also has a great view. The place is recommended!

2 sides to the review: Service: we arrived a little late for lunch around 2:30 and restaurant closes at 3 pm. We ordered whatever they said was available, but they just kept pushing us to finish the food faster. At the end, they just came and cleared the table without even asking and food still unfinished. Worst service experience ever in my life! Food: after the rave reviews, I must add that the food they prepared was one of the best tasting Italians ever. We were a family of 5 vegetarians and had good options available in ravioli, gnocchi and salads. All in all, I will not visit again for their service.
