Verkauft Ware über die Website, die nicht auf Lager sind ohne dies zu kennzeichnen. Beantwortet keine Fragen zur Lieferzeit, bzw. antwortet überhaupt nicht. Unseriös. Ich warte jetzt seit mehreren Wochen auf bereits gezahlte Ware, ich rate dringend davor ab, dort zu bestellen.

Der Store ist schlichtweg erstklassig! Als ich klein war, hatte ich den Traum hier mal einzukaufen. Heute war ich da und die Eleganz und Qualität der Produkte spiegeln die Marke Montblanc perfekt wider. Das Personal ist äußerst kenntnisreich und hilfsbereit, was das Einkaufserlebnis noch angenehmer macht. Eine exzellente Adresse für zeitlose Eleganz und erstklassigen Service. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I never leave reviews, but the customer service is very poor for international orders and shipping. I ordered an engraved pen 1 week and 3 days before Christmas, which was assured it’d be to me in time. Package through their carrier was lost. I called and they said call again but in the afternoon - 1 day later they provide support and say they’ll send a newly engraved one, which I had to re-purchase. The new one arrives and it’s not engraved. But they say don’t worry the other one that was lost was found and will eventually arrive - but only after the holidays! The manager reminded me but the engraving is free and they didn’t have time, and i said that’s not the gift and was my fear- and he was the one that re-assured me they would engrave it. What a waste of time and energy - for nothing.
