Bel negozio! Personale gentile e professionale a parte la responsabile di negozio!! Su mia richiesta la venditrice ha chiesto alla responsabile se fosse possibile fare un gesto di cortesia in seguito all’acquisto, ma quest’ultima ha iniziato a gridare contro la venditrice come se fossimo al mercato del pesce dicendo che conosce le procedure !! Allo stesso tempo che gridava contro la venditrice, la responsabile ha iniziato una conversazione con un altro venditore con un tono di voce alquanto discutibile in presenza di clienti soprattutto in un marchio di lusso come Giorgio Armani! Se vengo in Giorgio Armani pago un servizio e un attenzione al cliente, non per essere trattato da un ambasciatrice del marchio ( in quanto responsabile) come un portafoglio a svuotare(con proposizione di taglie e articoli non richiesti- versione ‘ndo cojo cojo )e vedere che il personale viene trattato senza alcun rispetto!!
