We enjoyed a flawless Dinner in this extraordinary location with its breathtaking views over the Mediterran Sea and - on the other side - over Monte Carlo. The exotic Ambiance, attentive service and a wide Range of fresh and tasty food and drinks (with relatable prices) makes the Amu at the rooftop of the spectacular Fairmont Hotel to one of the Most beautiful Spots in the glamourous principality.

Amazing location in Monaco with the most beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. Food was delicious, and great service. I ordered Seabass and tarts tropezienne as dessert Definitely my new favourite place in Monaco!!!

A visit to Amù is truly a delightful experience. Recommended by a friend, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional food, reasonable prices, and outstanding service. A 5 star experience!! The view, the location, the experience, all top notch. If you are in Monaco the Fairmont hotel is the place to stay and Amu Monte Carlo is the place to dine !! It's an experience that will make you feel the richness you are amongst. The service was exemplary. They are very kind and cater to your requests. The food is simply amazing. I just couldn't stop eating at the breakfast buffet. Everything was so fresh !!! The outside seating steals the show.

The food was alright, but it wasn't anything special. The atmosphere was lovely with great view to the sea. However, the service wasn't good. I had reservation for 2pm and had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes until they prepare the table. Then, after I sat at the table they immediately asked me if I was ready to order, which was really weird. Later, I finished my starter and one of the staff took my plate and gave me the desserts menu. This was really funny when I had to tell him I had a main dish ordered. Overall, they seemed unorganised.

Worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had. I reserved a table 3 days before , after finishing my meal the waiter came to me and asked me to leave the table and when the receptionist at the desk was informed i was told he was gonna call the manager and inform him about the event which did not happen, which was very unprofessional and unpleasant considering the location and the reputation of this restaurant, which seems overrated. Would not visit here again.

Beautiful dinner. An amazing vibe with friendly attentive staff. Amù has a great menu, we shared the calamari to start and it was fresh and crispy with a good batter, my salmon was flawless. It was bright and delicious. My friends had the truffle pasta and I was very impressed and would be tempted order in the future.

Dried out bread, no butter, my wife and I had two cold pasta dishes for over $40 each that had no flavor, charged $11 each for a bottle of water. For a fairmont, this place is a tourist trap. Two pasta dishes, two glasses of wine, two bottles of water, almost $130....we're serious foodies and would never recommend this place....avoid and don't fall for the reviews....the place had rooftop views but the food and service they need to keep. After getting back to my hotel room from eating there, I spent last night over the toilet and it was coming out both ends...serious food poisoning....all of this is a legit review....no fake. notice that alot of the positive reviews are from local guides that get paid to post

Amazing service and atmosphere. The food was fantastic, The new building construction in Monte Carlo restricts some of the view unfortunately. It was difficult to locate the restaurant as there is no signage in the hotel. Take the elevator on the left of the hotel to level 7 and turn left.

One of the best views in the world The food, mezze plates, and cocktails at the place are incredible! The service is fast, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing, especially during sunsets! We came for dinner after sunset, but if I get the chance to come again, I would definitely prefer the afternoon."

We've had lunch here twice and both times were excellent. Each time, we started with an aperitif, then had the calamari as a starter, then shared a beautiful grilled sea bream that was fileted tableside and served with vegetables. Our server was Clara, who was charming and friendly, so much so that we asked for her on our return. The views are exceptional. It seems to be a new concept as it was very easy to get a reservation, even on the day in high season. Highly recommended.

I loved each thing I command, I took salmon with one side, it was truffle fries so good !! As a desert I took a chocolate mousse with ice cream, was good as well but I loved truffle fries !! The landscape is amazing, the music was fun just the servers aren’t really smiling only 2 person said « goodbye » out of maybe 10 servers… It’s a must for the view and the food. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at their Sunday BBQ. A little pricy but we thought it was worth it. The food was delicious and drinks package ended up being pretty generous. The view and setting were worth the price. Service was good. The octopus, steak and tuna were delicious cooked on the green egg. Fun way to spend a couple of hours. Desert selection was also a nice touch. The live music filled out the atmosphere.

Stopped for a light lunch without a reservation, it took a long time to get seated and served. We ordered ceviche, falafel, and hummus to share. The ceviche stood out with its plating and presentation but was on the sweet side, almost like a fruit salad. The hummus was excellent but the falafel lacked flavor and the accompanying sauce wasn’t enough so it was a bit of a disappointment.

Another of the restaurants located at Fairmont Montecarlo: this one is located, as stated on its name, at the hotel rooftop. The area is espectacular, amazing, great view of the mediterraneum sea and Monaco, Montecarlo, Port Hercule, etc. The food is amazing, the attention also is great! We ordered for entreés the sea bream ceviche… EXQUISITE!!! And for main dishes the Grilled octopus with hummus and the Seared Salmon… magnifique!!!! We choose for drinking some white wine of provence: great choice!!! For dessert we ordered the “Le Chocolat” and the Batonnet Glacé Emkipop et se toppings!! Both great and amazong choices!! For sure we will come back again to this amazing place!

Good views. The food was ok but nothing special. Service attentive but rushed some waiters a bit robotic. Wine was served very badly. White wine should not be poured so high in the glass as it gets warm. Surprised they got that so wrong twice after telling the waiter the first time round.

It was a buffet experience. Meals were prepared right in front of you,all fresh and delicious. The view is stunning. I choose the bottomless champagne,and had my glass refilled without looking around for a waiter. The staffs were all nice and willing to be of service. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely would love to good back. I think it is a must visit if you are ever in Monaco! And best of all the prices are absolutely reasonable.

The Horizon in Monaco is very very classy nice location prime sea view at the 7th floor The Best Filet i’ve ever had (50€) the price is okay for the quality of the food very very special -BUT- 15€ for a WATER is just WAY too much ! this is ridiculous even for Monaco and a restaurant like this ! thats why just 3 stars

Not impressed. Went here based on the reviews. We skipped the buffet as the desserts was the only item that looked appetizing. Ordered a whole lobster with a side of fries. Lobster was slightly over cooked and fries were under cooked. Chewy lobster and soggy fries for my husband's 40th birthday. I felt we ordered room service than dined at a good restaurant. Presentation and staff were friendly and the view was decent (minus the cranes).
