We had some nice Aperol Spritz. The price was alright and it was a nice place to spend a couple of hours at.

I want to talk about the service that went very wrong from the moment we arrived with a waiter who takes us from above and who is not smiling and very unpleasant. Poor quality service for the place that is conducive to a good atmosphere. We won’t go back while we are from here, too bad for word of mouth that goes very fast.

Very poor service, very long wait, 35 minutes waiting between guests. Some had finished when others were not served. Moreover, the staff was not friendly. We are not going back

Rude waitress. After placing our order for crepes and cider we had a long wait for it to arrive. The waitress (red hair and nose piercings) came with the coders and two ceramic bowls. I asked for glasses and was told cider was served in bowls. When I showed a glass on another table she whisked our bowls away and thumped two glasses on the table in a very rude manner. She had no ‘front of house’ service.

Lovely attentive staff, had a really top meal here, very reasonably priced too. Peroni not the one, mind you never really is

We came in and ordered in French, they looked confused and answered in English — unacceptable. The food was adequate. It was fine. Satisfactory. Fries 🚌‘in.

Had a really lovely lunch here! Stopped by on our lunch brake and were spoiled for choice with the versatile and reasonable menu! I had the salad Caesar and my friend had the chicken burger and I was delightfully impressed and although there is much of the menu to exploit I will be back especially for that salad.

Completely unprofessional. We came and asked if they were working. They said they are open for lunch in 30 minutes but now we can order drinks. Waitress took an order for drinks, in 15 minutes it was still not served, we went to check and found out they have their lunch. We asked why they are taking an order if they are not working, they just said they are on their lunch break now and sorry. spent 15 minutes and got nothing

Welcome in this main and perpendicular street of the port Hercules Correct dish as well as its rather average à la carte prices They are not the most expensive in the Principality

Waiting for my forgotten cappuccino for solid 15 minutes now. One of the two we got before was brought spilled over- without saying anything. Place is completely understaffed, which leads to very lousy "response times". Crepes were OK, not less and not more.

Crêperie rue Princesse Caroline, where the staff is pleasant and attentive. Terrace in the sun and shade. Alcoholic drinks at relatively reasonable prices. Perit downside for the pancakes, a little dry. Damage

The worst restauntant in Monaco-service point of view. With the same friends, we went 3 times. Experience was worse and worse. 1st ok, but not wow. We asked 3 times to order, after 20 min, a man came to take our order with the biggest disgust face mimic. We said ok, msybe he’s tired. Food ok, not wow. Price-quality of food not the best but ok. Second time, same attitude but different waiter-a woman. Today-third time they didn’t want to serve us crepes. They saw us. We waited 15 minutes to order, we asked to order crepes. Not possible :))) only outside (2tables difference). The restaurant is open wide. The waiters have a gross attitude. Not only towards us but towards the majority of the client. Only benefit of this restaurant is it’s strategic location…. Otherwise wouldn’t survive with this attitude. Comment coming from people with international expertise in F&B. Never coming back! Do not loose your time here. ;)

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a smiling and cheerful team. The dishes were excellent and we left the restaurant perfectly satisfied. No complaints ! A real favorite, 5 stars deserved.

My pork chop was either old or way over cooked. Service was more as though to be bothers by me than to just offer very simple service of one cocktail and one plate of food. The French fries tasted of fish or old oil. Every bite tasted of fish. No water was even offered. I had to ask at the end. Of all the places you could eat don't waste your money or calories here.

Poor service and overly cooked steak. Long time to wait for ordering, food, and even water and cups. It seems that Asians are not welcome to this restaurant. The waiter didn’t say a word or even look at me when we checked out and left.

We had a late snack on the evening of December 31, friendly welcome, excellent food! The exquisite foie gras, the delicious “lost bread” style panettone. Well done.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! Asked for a Burger well-done. Got a tasteless, bitter, rotten, ice-cold raw meat burger. Never had such a disgusting piece of meat or veggies before. Sent it back to be cooked a bit more. Got it back, could describe the meat as sour-ish and bitter. Inedible food, im very sure that the meat was rotten or spoiled. Other reviewers have mentioned they got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. Service staff is unfriendly and rude. There is much better places around. (Bella Vita, Woo...)

Hello hello. Having an ice cream shop with chairs and tables and having a bathroom available, I think it is the same as eating ice cream from the street and I think it would be cheaper.

Stopped for a late lunch and a beer after touring around all morning. We were going to eat at the restaurant up the road but it was closed so stopped in here as a couple tables were occupied. We walked in and asked for a table for lunch and were given a very dirty look. We requested outside, where the other people were sitting, and then sat for ten minutes waiting for menus. The gentleman waiter finally slapped down menus and walked away. Thankfully, he promptly went on a smoke break and we had a very sweet and helpful female waiter. My ceviche was very good and my husband’s pizza was flavorful but undercooked. If ordering maybe ask for it well done so it’s not soggy in the middle. Beers were excellent and I had a lovely view of the children’s clothing shop next door who’s proprietor has a lovely dog who hung outside waiting for customers. Totally adorable. We are not planning on going back. 10/10 on the dog tho.

We ate here on our first day of arriving. It was nice and busy which is generally a good sign. We didn't get to sit at the table we requested and instead got tucked around the back near the kids and smokers which had a negative impact on our experience. The food however is good and the waitress service us was very nice.

We spent a good time at le Bilig. The staffs are friendly. By noticing that we were struggling with internet reception, one staff offer us their in-house wifi. The food was nice. They came in a very generous portion. Definitely filled you up.

Had Aperol and some tartare. Service was weird, inattentive and generally gave the vibe that we were a nuisance. Food itself was bland and felt like something store bought and plastic wrapped. Would be fine, if the prices weren't what they were. Generally, would not recommend, unless you really can't find anywhere else to eat.

Quite all right. I asked a pancake with salmon and got the vegetarian one with spinach. I complaind and immediately got a new one. I took the degustation coffee and got a tiny coffee with lots of sweets. I asked a bigger coffee and got one. No extra charge. My husband got a pizza that was very edible. So all in all quite all right.

It was a busy race weekend and after walking for 20 minutes, this was the only place we could find without an excessively long wait and a moving queue where we could have a late lunch. First impressions, the seafood pasta dish was aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately the lobster was overcooked. The bisque was watery and had no real depth of flavour. The pan seared beef fillet arrived almost well done and without the creamy Cognac mushroom sauce it was supposed to be served with as per the menu. The chips on the side were cold. I noticed the table next to us also received an overly done steak without a sauce even though they ordered a medium steak. We had to send it back as we had ordered this medium rare. The steak tartare had a good level of spices and heat however, according to the menu, it was supposedly served with a confit egg yolk on top, which was missing. At this point, we just wanted to finish the meal quickly and go. The steak came back medium rare the second time and with a sauce. The steak was not rested long enough and looked like it was oozing with blood, the sauce did not taste like a flambéed Cognac sauce and was leaning more towards a mushroom and black peppercorn sauce, but at least the chips arrived piping hot. This place will be fine for a casual drink but there are much better places to dine out all around Monaco.

Great for apéro with Italian prosciutto, salads and drinks. Outdoor seating is nice and sun protected. Service is very friendly and quick, never waited longer than a couple of minutes for the drinks to be ready. Warmly recommended place in this area of town

The worst restaurant we visited in our 2 weeks on the French Riviera. We went for after lunch coffee and pancakes, they advertise themselves on the pancakes, which were not great. The service is very unfriendly and slow, even though the place was empty. Location is great but wouldn’t recommend, feels like a tourist trap.

Absolutely delicious food. Even the olive oil that came with the bread was more tasty than expected! Friendly staff that helped us, served us & made us feel welcome all despite a big language barrier at the time. Would go again & 100% recommend

UPDATE: I had food poisoning from this restaurant. This is the only place I ate at all day. I had the beef tartare my boyfriend did not. I became so sick I vomited on the street. Bilig Café is a terrible restaurant that no one should go to. I am only giving 1 star because it is impossible to give 0 or negative stars. The service was bad. So was the food. When we were initially seated and handed menus it took at least 10-15 minutes before anyone came to check on our table, or to even offer us water. When we finally placed our order (hamburger, steak tartare, Caesar salad) the waitress still did not ask for our drink order. We had to call her back to ask for water and A - as in one - glass of rose. Instead she came back with two glasses of rose. I think she may have been trying to make our bill more expensive. She next brought out bread and olive oil and vinegar. We requested small plates to use to eat the bread. Instead of bringing them she decided to talk with her coworker at the bar. A good 10 minutes passed and still nothing. At this point due to the lack of service we decided it would be better to just pay our bill for the rose and leave. We requested the check. Instead of letting us pay for the rose, another woman who worked there claimed the food was almost ready. A few minutes later the food came out. The Caesar salad was disgusting. Soggy lettuce and old chicken fingers were on it. The only good thing about this salad was the generous portion of avocado. The beef tartare was actually good until I found a hair in it. The hamburger that my boyfriend ordered never came. Instead they served him (for reasons we will never understand) a fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich was not good. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. This restaurant serves terrible food and has equally terrible and lazy people who work there.

The waiter wasnt really interested in serving us. First we had to wait for a while for the menu and as we wanted to order he ignored us again. I had a crepe with veggies and chicken. The chicken was on one side of the crepe and it were about 5 little pieces. My bf had to go at the desk to pay because the waiter irgored us again... lousy service, food was ok. Cider was very good.

Only here for a drink. We had a glass of rosé and a pint of beer. The wine was more expensive but the pint was cheap and cheerful. Quality wise, just standard, had better wine at cheaper price. It was nice they have comfortable seating
