Far from our first Michelin starred restaurant, but probably the best in terms of service and food quality and complexity. We took the tasting menu and it was totally worth it. The langoustine was definitely a highlight for me.

Both the food and the service were exceptional. Really a cut above other Michelin experiences. Mario made the evening extra special with his above and beyond service. The wine sommelier worked with my preferences to pair great glasses with the food at a cadence I preferred. Couldn’t recommend this enough and I’ll definitely be back!

If my daughter say that they have the best potato smashes in the world, it means that this restaurant deserve 5 star) now to be serious, service is the one the best, everybody is smiling , very special attention to the kids(this is really important) food - high level. Bravo CHEF 👏 And atmosphere you can feel from photos. Definitely even if it expensive, it worth.

This was a truly memorable dining experience worth all the accolades. Everything about the service, food, and environment was impeccable and located inside a beautiful hotel. We did the tasting menu for 2 and was worth every bit. The portion sizes were generous and the chef was outstanding on our night - very flavorful dishes all perfectly crafted. It does take a while to savor the full experience, so be prepared to spend enough time if you do the tasting but highly recommend. Best restaurant I have been to hands down!

Les Ambassadeurs is the epitome of a luxury experience. The service was impeccable. The wait staff were so attentive and anticipated our every need and thought. The food was incredible and we left completely full which can be difficult in a Michelin star restaurant due to the portions. The maître d’ suggested the souffle for us to share for dessert and that was a great recommendation. The atmosphere was very inviting and intimate, a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones. While this is a 2 star Michelin restaurant, and it is certainly expensive, I think it was very good value for money. Overall, this was such a pleasant experience, and this was the best service I have received in the principality so far. I will be coming here again.

One of the best dining experiences we've ever had! We were in Monaco to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday, and after extensive research, I decided to make a reservation at Les Ambassadeurs—and thank goodness I did! From the moment we walked in, Les Ambassadeurs exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon being seated, they already had a stool ready for me to set my purse on—indicative of the level of care and attention to detail throughout our evening. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, including ones holding three Michelin stars, I can confidently say that Les Ambassadeurs is one of the very best. The week prior, we had dined at a two-star Michelin restaurant, and both my fiancé and I were in agreement: Les Ambassadeurs was much better and undoubtedly deserves to receive at least two Michelin stars. We opted for the tasting menu, and while we loved every dish, some of the standouts include the caviar cannelloni (the best caviar I've had in my life), the scallops which were the freshest scallops I've ever had, lobster lasagna, the bread cart, and of course, the cheese cart. There were THREE different carts during our whole dining experience; it was incredible. When I requested a substitute, swapping the lemon tart for the soufflé in the tasting menu, our waiter insisted we try the lemon tart and would bring out the soufflé as well for us to try, on the house! It's this level of hospitality and generosity that sets Les Ambassadeurs apart. To top off the evening, they personalized a lemon tart with my fiancé’s name, adding an extra touch to the already special night. They even gave us a goody bag of treats to enjoy the next morning! We're absolutely thrilled that we chose Les Ambassadeurs for such a special occasion, and should we find ourselves back in Monaco, a return visit will undoubtedly be on the cards!

It was once in a lifetime experience. The chef is absolutely a genius. Every dish felt like the best meal we ever had, just to be proven wrong with the next dish. The dishes aren’t pretentious, they look and taste amazing. The service is beyond excellent, the hospitality is unseen anywhere else. We had such a lovely night, we thank the whole crew for this amazing night that we will talk about for a long time
