Someone wanted a Louis Vuitton passport holder. Did you know that they no longer provide city stamps/embossing on their leather goods. They will personalize them for you but not provide the city stamp. A little disappointed by that but oh well. This store is in the heart of Monaco. Very well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is almost always a line outside waiting to come in. Prices are the same no matter what Louis Vuitton store you visit. They are open every day until 7 pm.

I went to the store today, to buy a Neverfull M, and the lady at the front door, looks from Asian was very kind, so she told me that the guy inside would help us with the bag. That was an unpleasant and embarrassing situation, the guy was rude all the time, and my husband asked “Why he is so stressed?” We definitely could not understand. It seems he started very rude because he didn’t want to waste time with people who would not buy anything, however, I arrived at the store looking for one specific bag, he told me he did not have the bag, and then I asked for another bag, he went to the storage area and came back with the bag which I previously asked for. He was rude and just stopped being rude to me when I started being rude to him. I thought about asking for another person to help me there, however, the other people were busy and I did not have time to wait. However, I hope the manager responsible for the store sees my review and reaches out to me to have more details about what happened there today. And I hope nobody else has a bad situation like that. In the end, I bought the bag, but I suggest that other people walk away and buy it in Nice or any other store. That happened to me, today 23.12.2024 at 14:30. In the receipt, the rude employee is called Nicolas C and was in the cashier 5 at 14:29.

I was sold a bag with mold at this location, please inspect your bags prior to purchasing. Louis Vuitton refused exchange and I was told I was sold a used purse. There are other reviews at this store stating they were sold damaged or used good.

After several visits and several purchases, I can only recommend this store! Very pleasant staff who always made me feel welcome with a large selection of products in a good-sized store. I especially recommend the advisors who always offered me a drink and packaged my purchases very carefully 😁 I would come back without hesitation!
