Food was alright (just normal McDonald's). Unfortunately the fries were served almost cold. The place was pretty dirty and noisy as well. Hoped for a bit "nicer" place in Monaco..

It's McDonald's so expectations were commensurate - but it was odd that one needed to go upstairs to the McD Café to get coffee after being served food downstairs. Liked how the cups and such were all reusable (for dine-in). Was able to order decaf but then they said they didn't have any...and no real way to explain a suitable substitute.

I heard about bad experiences in this McDonald and wanted to test for myself. It was dirty and smelly. The kitchen staff is literally like kindergarden, everyone yelling and laughing, totally unprofessional. I don’t say you can’t have fun at work, of course you can - once you have completed the orders correctly! I don’t know if anything from what I ordered was correct, ah yes actually it was the beer because it comes in a can… First they forgot about the salad and brought cold french fries, then i got the salad but JUST the lettuce (I ordered ceasar salad) and the SAME french fries (thinking we are idiots and wont notice). For the third time it was finally the new french fries, but guess what - cold again and directly on a tray, no paper nothing… for the fourth time we got the french fries and the ceasar salad.. again exactly the same salad one just some stuff thrown over… 🤦🏻♀️😂 no sorry no nothing. I mean mistakes can happen but don’t look like you’re the one that’s annoyed and roll your eyes. We were missing cutlery but were so disappointed I just ate it with a spoon from the ice cream because I didn’t want to stand up for the 6th time and actually wanted to consume the food I paid for… Don’t think the hygiene control would be happy about this place either... I think I will avoid this place in the future and would rather go to Steak and Shake.

Literally the worst McDonald's I ever been to. Not sure how can you get wrong so many things in one order actually. They brought us cold fries, salad without chicken (we ordered cesar chicken salad), sundae ice cream without peanuts and without spoon and caramel instead of strawberry I ordered. Burger was also cold. Then I asked the waiter if he could change the fries for us, he brought exactly the same fries in 2min back, so I asked again and 3rd time cold again and spilled all over the dirty tray without napkins underneath. 4th time we got warm fires. Not mentioning that we didn't get mayo with fries we ordered. I was amazed how poor service is provided in this McDonald's.

1 hour wait on a Sunday at 3 pm for 2 best of menus and 1 happy meal. Order on the bollard and we hoped to eat there. The easel in plain sight with the cashier's ticket, we're waiting. After half an hour we question the hostess who tells us that it is normal and that there are some who have been waiting for 1 hour and asks us to wait. After 40 minutes, we go to the counter and they forget the order! Pass and pay at the terminal. After 1 hour picked up our order ourselves at the counter and - it was not accurate!

As often happens when I go to Munich to watch basketball (being a season ticket holder) I stop for a sandwich at this fast food restaurant. Today unlike other times I went to pay at the counter, here the cashier with blue blouse has clumsily "wrong" to give me change. Made the mistake without batting an eyelid promptly gave me back the money that had been "withheld" from the cashier . For me all over instead unfortunately this has "offended" the guy who made our command disappear and despite an hour we complained about the wait even his superior (in white blouse) continued to tease us by making us wait another 15 minutes!!! They were unprofessional very rude but the worst at this point is that the mistake of the rest was not a mistake and that the guy with the blue blouse and the one with the white blouse have something in common.... which is not the good of Mcdonald's !!!!!!!!

It was horrible. The coke we were served was only half full. Not kidding. The 2 regular burgers were so so so dry. Barely no condiments. Ketchup and mustard one tiny drop. No dispensary anywhere to make up for the terrible burgers. So disappointed McDonald… )-:

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They consistently get the orders wrong. Chips and burger were cold. After complaining, I got some hot chips but burger still cold.

Ate here 4 days in a row. Every day we are here something was missing. The staff didn't speak enough English to understand. The first day, we were missing a hot chocolate, but did get an extra burger for some reason. The second day we didn't get an apple pie. The third day we were missing an ice-cream and the last a donut (and a spoon). It just makes you think that they are huge con artists and this is how they get extra money as a business. I did speak to a member of the team and all they said was 'it's coming' and walked off. That being said, the food we did get was better than any other McDonald's I've been to. The fries however were cold and stale everyday we ate there, so avoid those and get the wedges instead. Very expensive for McDonald's, and the self-service machine is the most confusing one I have used, as after selecting English most of it comes up in french anyway. For three people each night, it cost about €60 in total (keep in mind we didn't ever get our full order). The view was amazing, best McDonald's in that sense. They had Halloween themed decorations which were lovely as well. Also have a TV that played football throughout the day. Beautiful location. However, there is a children's indoor play area, which is great for kids but not enjoyable for everyone else who had to endure screaming children for their entire incomplete meal. Quite a small place too, a little hard to find a seat sometimes. There is always table service available though so you can save your seat. Figured out on the last day that most of the hot drinks/desserts come from the McCafe that is situated inside. If that is shut, you can still order from there but not get any of your food. I would double check before ordering to potentially avoid what we had to go through every day. Keep in mind, we did visit at many different times throughout the trip and it was only at lunch time it was actually open. The food comes in reusable containers and cups (plastic) so they can be washed and recycled. Great for the environment and I think all McDonald's should incorporate this. I would recommend going, for the food you do get and the view. We only ate here regularly because we knew what we were getting as it's the same all over the world.

A shame I made a takeaway McDo to eat quietly they didn’t even close the lid of the Coca-Cola. It means that everything spilled in my bag my newspaper my things that I bought a clean clothes it sank on my pants it’s a shame instead of standing there being five behind who discusses among themselves to make donkeys. They'd better watch how they pack their takeout. What I meant was that I threw everything away, it was soaked by Coca-Cola I made a video to prove it to you

Yesterday I visited McDonalds in Monaco. Even though it is a fast restaurant, I had to wait 34 minutes to get my 3 cheeseburgers and a large coke. It wasn't even busy time, there were only a few customers at that time. The whole restaurant was chaotic, messy, the staff didn't really do anything apart from friendly chats with their friends, and when I finally received my food, they were rude, making angry comments about me waiting for my food. Really poor customer care.

I don’t know they obedience cleanness.. We can see kitchen from behind counter. It seems mess. Drink is ok but fillet fish is dry. Very dry.

McDonald's in Monaco in city center, middle price for food, time of waiting was 15 minutes. Inside tables were dirty and the floor was dirty, the toilets were clean, but water from the sink was very, very hot! Of the minuses, I would add a small amount of sauce that is served with potatoes and two napkins for three menus. Also, to add, there was a Mac Cafe on the second floor with good coffee and some sweets. For people who want to eat cheap in Monaco, it's the best way.

Your well-known large franchise chain, they had two floors of seating relatively clean and tidy and a small kids area for playing. The customer service was polite and food came quickly. Everything you should expect from a McDonald’s restaurant.

The fast food here came faster than Lewis Hamilton. You also get a pretty good viewpoint from here too. And to top it off McDonald's is the last thing people would expect you to mention doing in Monaco. Le Salon Rose overlooking Casino de Monte-Carlo? No thanks, we're eating a le Royale Cheese tonight!

Good regular McDonald's food. You order on the electronic ordering system and pay there. Then wait for your number to be called at the counter. They call the number in French only. No issues. Was crowded as it was the weekend of the Monte-Carlo grand prix. This is the first McDonald's where the offered a double fish sandwich... two pieces of fish instead of one. All in all it was good. Not spic and span, but clean.

Very nice place. Amazing view! I went at around 5pm and it was not crowded at all. The food was cheap and tasty. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing cheap meal in Monaco with a great view.

I give respect for this McDonald's for banning the use of plastic straws and protecting our environment by this. For forst glance it was weird to see people drinking from the cups instead os sippinfmg their soda. Another plus point for me was the ability to select real orange juice for my meal not only Coke and other soda drinks. the location is very good with a nice view. If you fancy McDonald's, I can recommend this specific one.
