In July of 2023 i have done an exclusive mandate with a shop in Monaco to sell my car. This shop sold my car in 22/04/2024. Camilla from MMA Assurances told me to pay the insurance to cover last months of 2023 because when the shop would sell my old car i would receive a refund. In April 2024 shop that had the exclusive mandate sold my car. Now in September 2024 i didn't receive a refund and they ask me money also for all 2024. Camilla from MMA Assurances is disappear and now i have allianz that want to open a legal case against me because i do not pay insurance. they are not professional, i will have to ask to my lawyer and explain whats happened in the court otherwise they will continue to ask me insurance also in 2028 for the new owner of my old car! stay away form this company

Notre dossier n'a pas du tout été pris en charge sérieusement. Les courriels restent toujours sans réponse, les appels téléphoniques ne servent à rien car on n'est pas compris. Cela fait déjà un an et le dossier n'est toujours pas traité comme il faut. On nous balade de bureau en bureau!! Le pire c'est que le devis proposé par notre entreprise a été baissé de plus de la moitié sans que l'expert ne soit venu..
