If you’re coming from a Europe road trip, I recommend holding out until you can see the Prada flagship store in Milano, Italy. Going from there to this was disappointing, to say the least. The selection is poorer, and the customer service was unenthusiastic. They didn’t have any of my sizes. I would not come back here. 2 stars, I cannot recommend.

My daughter and I went in to find a specific pair of sunglasses that she wanted. When we went in we only found them in black, and my daughter wanted green, so we asked the sales lady if they had green. She snapped “NO! We only have what’s right there!” Very rudely and did not offer to show us any other styles. Not good service!

Demanding customers to wait in line OUTSIDE like sheep in 90* hot weather to be "helped" is not how to treat customers. Another staff member said that it was due to "COVID" restrictions. Sad to see Prada copying the gimicks of Bernard Arnault.

The girl and the boy without glasses were very nice and friendly... But the boy wearing black glasses and the salesman with beard were not professional at all and even rude...... Very bad experience at Prada Shop in Montecarlo.
